intercultural leadership training

Management in multicultural environments can be challenging. Miscommunication and diverging expectations due to different worldviews are two of many scenarios which can arise, to the detriment of efficiency and smooth operations. Furthermore, leaders are confronted with the challenges of the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) world, which require strengthened cooperation and understanding.

My workshops and individual trainings, designed specifically for managers, aim at expanding and fine-tuning their intercultural competences and work through challenging cross-cultural situations.

The aim is to optimize intercultural leadership skills and reduce anxiety and stress brought upon by the ambiguity of cross-cultural interactions. This should increase efficiency and satisfaction, as well as help identify the potential for innovation and creative problem-solving.
